Coaching and Facilitation is primarily a dialogue. Thus my role is twofold. In part I am the objective outsider allowing the space necessary to enable and empower the managers I work with. But as I enter into his or her life, I am also affected and sometimes changed by the encounter. My most successful work is when I when I reach the point when I am in a dialogue of equals. We are then both simultaneously teacher and learner.In my future work, I intend to focus on experiential (feeling centred) work with both indivuals and groups. Individual coaching is available both in person or by Skype. In the latter category, I would like to facilitate small groups of six or seven managers and executives using Action Learning techniques. I have found this technique to be extremely successful in enabling individuals to become more self-aware and to enhance their self-confidence and the ability to challenge others when appropriate. This type of work also is very value added, since they are facilitated in groups and are spread out over six months, one day a month( see the section of publications.
