Working on building, operating, and growing the AWS File Storage services processing massive data sets at up to >100GB/S of throughput, >1,000,000 of IOPS, and <0.001 latencies.

● Automated manual patching of 71 steps to only 1 click.○ Designed and built 2 CI/CD pipelines in Ruby to deploy and activate patching automatically in all 13 regions for AWS OpenZFS filesystem.○ Developed a ruby script integrated into the approval workflow of each pipeline to invoke the API for patching activation.○ Tested the pipelines in Gamma stage with 100% success rate, and promoted them to Prod stages reducing the patching time cost from 2 weeks to 1 day.● Created an API cutting the related error rate to 0%○ Developed a RPC API in Java to get filesystem hardware configs from PostgreSQL database and thus replace hard-coded and erroneous config files.○ Designed and defined the request and response data models of the API in XML with least dimensions but highest information efficiency, which were transformed into Java classes using Coral.○ Implemented the API behavior in Java by AWS Java coding style with input validation, query towards Postgre, and monitoring, which can return accurate hardware configs within ~200ms latency.○ Performed 12 unit tests for each method, and deployed the code to S3 bucket using CodeDeploy for integration testing in AWS CLI.
