Check out the webpage at www.wiikpharma.dk.As the Account Manager I am responsible for ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, and to communicate clearly the progress of our delivery and solutions to the costumers, as well as to follow up on customers needs.I am specifically responsible for:• Forecasting, identifying and tracking new challenges/solutions that might effect/help our customers.• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.• Manage and solve conflicts with customers.• Communicate adverse events in a timely manner to the QA.• Execute and follow up on quotations and orders.• Plan and execute customer visits.• Arrange and participate as exhibitor in national and international exhibitions and conferences on behalf of Wiik Pharma ApS.

M.Sc. in Nanoscience and almost two years of experience as a research assistant in a multidisciplinary research team at Interdisciplinary Nanoscience Center (iNANO), Aarhus University. This has given me a strong knowledge within the field of physics, chemistry and molecular biology. Main responsibilities:- Nanofabrication and characterisation of samples in cleanroom (class 100).- In charge of maintenance and training inexperienced users on equipments (AFM, nanoimprinter, photolithography, optical and fluorescence microscope).- Co-supervisor for bachelor and master students.- In charge of designing experimental exercises (in cleanroom) for 2nd year bachelor students.- Running and analysing cell experiments with mammal cell line.- Training inexperienced students (bachelor, master and PhD) in working with mammal cells.
