The middleware shall enable effective and efficient exchanging of data between the systems.SSM's application landscape will be consistently changing and it is important for the middleware to take care of the integration without causing disruption to the on-going operation. Applications must be able to be added, upgraded, or removed from SSM environment with minimal impact on the existing system. Interface must also be developed with great efficiency.
