Responsibilities;Employment & Employee benefits- Managed all HR-related tasks for 2,000+ employees, including employee databased, promotion, probation, payroll processing, employee benefits.- Deal with vendors, compare cost and manage process of employee's welfare and benefits such as Medical group insurance, Drug test and Annual health check up- Provide engagement monthly activities, CSR activities, Company eventsGeneral administration - Coordinate with all parties concerned for maintenance of office equipment- Coordinate and handle the office renovation, special events and crisis situationsAudit, Compliance - Understand and follow standards process in comply with labor law, data protection, and company regulations- Support and execute relevant annual HR audits, data preparation and submission
