Financial Reporting & Intercompany Transactions:- Responsible for managing and overseeing financial reporting activities, including intercompany transactions.- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports for both internal and external stakeholders.External and Internal Audit- Coordinate and facilitate external and internal audit processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.- Collaborate with auditors, providing necessary documentation and support throughout the audit process.Budgeting and Forecasting- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with relevant stakeholders to develop accurate financial plans.- Analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to support informed decision-making and resource allocation.Donor Project Reporting- Prepare comprehensive and timely reports for donors, documenting financial information and progress on donor-funded projects.- Maintain compliance with donor requirements and effectively communicate project outcomes and financial performance.Fixed Assets and Inventory Management- Oversee the management and control of fixed assets and inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, valuation, and proper reconciliation.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize asset utilization, minimize inventory costs, and maintain accurate records.Implementation of Software-Related Issues with Finance- Collaborate with the finance team to identify, address, and resolve software-related issues, ensuring smooth operations.- Evaluate and implement software solutions to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency within the finance function.Reporting to Various Lenders- Prepare and submit timely and accurate financial reports to multiple lenders, adhering to loan agreements and meeting reporting obligations.- Maintain effective communication with lenders, providing requested information and addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly

• Collect cash receipts and process expense settlements.• Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate cash records.• Coordinate with the Sales department to verify if freight charges are paid in Yangon or at the destination.• Issue invoices for paid shipments in Yangon and send email notifications to customers.• Maintain and track accounts receivable and payable.• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.• Calculate commissions and process claims from the principal.• Review operational expenses and claim reimbursement from the principal by entering them into the LRP system.• Prepare and submit a weekly remittance forecast report to the principal.• Compile and submit a weekly remittance report to the principal.• Generate monthly statements of account for the principal.• Utilize ACCPAC accounting software to prepare financial statements.
