Junior Engineer
CurrentJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ➢ RFQ Review: Analyze customer RFQs to understand process datasheets, commercial specifications, and any special requirements or testing needed. ➢ Techno-Commercial Offers: Prepare detailed techno-commercial offers/bid documentations for submission to customers, ensuring all requirements are met. ➢ TQ Replies: Prepare and respond to technical queries (TQ) from customers. ➢ Valve Sizing & Selection: Use tools like SAMSON C-SAM for the sizing and selection of control valves based on project requirements and specifications. ➢ Proposal Preparation: Create comprehensive proposals that include control valve sizing calculations, accessory selection, technical specifications, and competitive pricing with commercial terms and conditions. ➢ Post-Order Activities: Participate in post-order activities, including work order preparation and post-order documentations (like QAP, GAD, etc.) follow-up from factory for timely submission & getting customer approval. ➢ Coordination: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather inputs for smooth order execution. ➢ Cross-Department Coordination: Liaise with different departments to clarify any issues or requirements. ➢ Client Development: Identify and develop new clients for the organization. ➢ Project Oversight: Oversee projects from inquiry initiation to successful execution. ➢ Order Progress Updates: Update clients on order progress on a weekly and monthly basis. ➢ Sales Forecasting: Responsible for monthly forecasting of bookings and sales. ➢ Payment Follow-Up: Follow up with clients regarding pending payments and collections. ➢ Branch Management: Preparing and Maintaining Branch Offer Register and Order Booking Sales.
