In Extramarks I was working as an academic specialist as well as the subject head for all humanities subjects. In this span of time I worked upon variety of projects and roles like- 1. School POC- I worked as a school POC for the SIP (school integration program) model. Looking after the progress of all work in regard to this school. 2. Foundation faculty- in this role I was also a foundation faculty, taking the humanities concepts to a higher level putting a foundation for competitive exam preparation in future. 3. CBSE/ICSE- Catering the SIP model and B2C model students with all humanities subjects from 6-10th class. 4. PPT creation- created PPTs for live session to provide a personalised inputs to improve student learning. 5. Studio set up sessions- Delivered a 100s of session live from studios, directly to children in school and home virtually. 6. Session planning and workload management- session planning in such a manner that concepts are learned through repetitive revision. In this role I also allocated and managed the work within the team and deliver it efficiently.7. Content work- during my time here, I worked upon variety of content projects like- question paper creation for board mock tests, scholarship tests, creating useful informative documents for last minute revision, DPP question creation for practice sheets, creating worksheets, etc.

Working as an academic specialist, Subject matter expert (at separate project), while in this I have been working and engaging with students on daily basis. In this role I have been learning a lot about the learning and teaching pedagogies and also at the same time providing some really practical and proven techniques to the students for better learning. In role I have been engaging students at the same time have been doing the classroom management on the platform for smooth conduct of the live classes.With this I was also instrumental in works like content validation and repository building which are one of the most important aspects of a successful live class, content delivery and doubt resolution.

Worked with Unacademy as a Voluntary at the Unacademy free platform(older version), for the government competitive exams. While being on this platform I worked as an independent Educator and also a content creator, while creating my own content slides and presenting them by myself. It was a great learning experience about teaching and public speaking. On this I curated my content from variety of sources to make an effective course, so as to help aspirants prepare for their competitive exams like UPSC CDS, AFCAT, UPSC CSE, UPSC NDA, etc. The courses were mainly on some of the most important topics from exam point of view like current affairs, previous years questions and solutions, geography, polity, etc. In this journey of content creation and content presentation I delivered nearly 100 videos in form of subject wise courses.
