 Procurement of Material and Services Required for Construction of the 2X600 MW Plant required by PMC -like Steel – Reinforcement and Structural Steel, Cement, Cladding Sheets , Fire Detection and Suppressing System , LP and HP Piping , Public Addressable system .  Over looking Dispatch of all material and visiting vendor’s location to expedite the deliveries. Placing order as per the requirement given by projects team from BHEL all Plants in India – Hardwar , Bhopal , Pune , Hyderabad , Following dispatch as per schedule . Processing Bills as per the contract and AMC. Special assignment in providing contract for Road Construction, Cladding works, LP Piping, Fire Detection s control system.  Vendor Negotiation: Discounts, Service Deliverables, Quality, Delivery Time. SLA,s  To track up-deliveries of all critical items required for Projects  Updating project requirement status based on the input provided from the site and match dispatch and delivery status. Timely ensuring of submission of returns & other statutory information to concern agencies. Manage timely payments to vendors. Liaising with railway divisions & execution of commercial activities in regard to rail logistics. To ensure timely delivery of critical materials to the project site  Post purchase correspondence & resolving commercial issues. Handled procurement of Cables , Piping , Electric panel , Boiler Parts , Lubricating oils , Oils ,Trucks Tipper  Played an Important role in finalizing the AMC and supply contract for Spare parts for Power Plant. Long term rate contract negotiation in case of bulk qty flux suppliers. MIS report, price trends generation & presentation to the management for all respective area of project materials procurement, budgeting and funds planning. Preparing and Submitting the Excise benefit claim against the GOI grant for Relaxation of CVD  Clearing the audit observations if any.
