After a stint of Operational Leadership , I am back to core tech role as a Technology lead with the Enterprise Modernisation , Platforms and Clouds (EMPC) service line. My primary focus centers on platform engineering, and business capability platforms. Helping clients achieve platform success and realise the full spectrum of business, operational and customer value they can deliver.

I got an opportunity to step up from my previous role to lead the office leadership team of which I was earlier part of. As the Tech Principal in an Office Leadership capacity, I undertook a multifaceted role with key responsibilities including* Developer community lead* Tech governance* Capability development* Tech partner to recruitment

In my capacity as a Tech Lead, I delivered technical leadership for delivery accounts, overseeing a team of developers. I had the key ownership of tech architecture along with engaging business stakeholders to align technical decisions with organizational goals.I had the opportunity to lead projects across diverse domains, each presenting unique business and technology challenges. These different context also translated into having implemented the solution in different programming stacks such as Java , Golang , Scala and .Net.

I worked on the backend platform which was the core engine for creation, updation & deletion of spatial features. The key challenges were to write performant and memory efficient graph & spatial algorithms, which can handle cascading effect of map edits.
