I was promoted from a Customer Service Representative to a Senior Customer Service Representative after 7 months of being with the company.The position was mainly operational however did include elements of Sales where I would lead tours if necessary, up sell and promote the business and what we offered, as well as assist companies to find the perfect solution for their circumstances. I worked and managed teams at four centres; hoping to broaden my knowledge and rapport with clients on a vast basis which was successful. I also ventured to Sydney to work in one of the centres there for 3 months hoping to learn as much as possible in a fast paced environment. I won Customer Service of the Month award in Asia Pacific in 2012 and was recognised for being an integral reason the debt in one centre was substantially reduced. I am most proud of my ability to adapt to different work environments. I enjoyed seeing a centre from construction grow into a successful work place, knowing clients from the day they moved in, and facilitating and supporting their businesses and helping their productivity within their business. However I was also trusted to work at older centres and successfully rectify the issues that can stem from lack of motivation within the team, debt and poor customer satisfaction, those of which are usually more prevalent at older centres.
