My team plays a key role in developing and launching new products by conducting research and providing insight into food applications. In addition, we conduct applied research and support customers for National Starch/Corn Products in North America, South America, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.I am also responsible for coordinating the portfolio of applied research projects that leads to breakthrough technology development in food texture.

My team plays a key role in developing and launching new products by conducting research and providing insight into food applications. In addition, we conduct applied research and support customers for National Starch/Corn Products in North America, South America, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.I am also responsible for coordinating the portfolio of applied research projects that leads to breakthrough technology development in food texture.

I led teams and projects that developed and launched new products for rexturizing soups, sauces, dressings, as well as bakery and snacks food applications. My team was responsible for developing new products, conducting applied research and supporting customers for National Starch in North America, South America, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), and the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

My team developed and delivered global R&D projects for ICI businesses related to adhesives, decorative/ industrial coatings, electronics packaging, food starch, and other ICI businesses.

I led/ managed global project teams and executed projects in the areas of formulation science, high throughput experimentation, polymer science, product development, technology development for applications in adhesives, electronics packaging, food starch, personal and home care, paints and coatings, specialty chemicals.I managed a team of synthetic organic chemists, polymer chemists and material scientists.

I led projects focused on developing and using controlled architecture polymers to target application properties. I also developed controlled polymer architecture techniques in polymer dispersions and evaluated materials for application in adhesives, personal care, and electronics packaing applications.
