The Bridge outpatient clinic, an OASAS-certified program that promotes recovery, personal growth, self-reliance, and community integration through client-centered treatment tailored to an individual's specific and evolving needs. These programs specialize in working with people who are diagnosed with a co-occurring mental illness.

The Bridge Shelter ACT teams work with people currently residing in the New York City shelter system. ACT typically serves people who have a diagnosis of serious mental illness and a history of psychiatric hospitalizations, involvement with the criminal justice system, substance abuse, and difficulty with adherence to medication. ACT Teams are licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) to provide mobile outpatient psychiatric treatment with a multidisciplinary team including: Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Licensed Social Workers & Mental Health Counselors. Clients are eligible for ACT Team services only after demonstrating that they are unable to respond to traditional mental health treatment.

Stigma, Identity, and Intersectionality Research Lab- Research studies focus on the links of oppression and collective identity attitudes with mental health and career outcomes among sexual, gender, and racial/ethnic minority people- The lab is particularly interested in the experiences and well-being of populations with multiple stigmatized identities, such as racial and ethnic minority women and LGBTQ people of color

- Research on the experiences of Asian American activists- The study focuses on positive experiences could be particularly useful for marginalized individuals who may face identity-based stressors on a daily basis- Exploring the Asian Americans' level of engagement in sociopolitical activism and how that is influenced by race-specific factors such as Asian cultural values and the model minority myth.

Graduate Assistant at the International Student and Scholars Office (ISSO)- Providing guidance around international students' Visa related paperwork to help them understand the USCIS application process- Reviewing students’ I-765 forms for OPT/CPT/STEM applications to prevent their application from getting denied by the government office.

Research Assistant/co-author on anger management project with Dr. Constantino. The project used qualitative research analysis to study the outcome of anger management group based psychotherapy, hypothesizing that cognitive behavioral therapy in group settings is more effective than individual therapy to reduce problems associated with anger and violence. - co-author of a paper with Dr. Constantino entitled “A thematic analysis of patients’ experiences of participating in an outpatient group anger management program” presented at the 2017 meeting of the Society for Psychotherapy

CSO’s mission is to provide responsive and effective interventions and services to support individual adults, children and families in their quest for stability, growth and a positive quality of life.- Producing a community resource binder for clients who need informational support- Facilitating “baby and me” program to help babies learn fine motor and other skills relevant to their development- Organizing annual “Kid’s week” and planning activities for children from 4 years old to 13 years old- Providing homework support for students to provide free education service for the underserved population
