As Team8's first marketing hire, I was charged with both defining and executing Team8's global marketing objectives.Achievements include:• Positioned Team8 as the leading cybersecurity company-creation platform and its CEO as an international thought leader in the space. • Successfully launched Team8's first three portfolio companies - including branding, public relations, analyst relations, trade shows, website design and content.• Worked with Team8 founders and portfolio companies to identify and develop strategic alliances and build major relationships and partnerships.• Conceived and produced Team8 branded event series “Rethink Cyber”. LawPal is a project management system for transactional legal work. It acts as 'traffic control' on top of cloud storage platforms giving legal teams and their clients instant visibility on their deal roadmap. Teams could assign tasks, request documents and collect signatures all from a single transaction checklist. Initial funding round led by Peter Thiel via FFAngel.

Represented entrepreneurs, start-ups and mature companies, throughout their entire life cycle, on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic collaborations, and debt and equity financings, as well as ongoing counseling on day-to-day corporate matters, deal structuring, and crisis management.

Advised on infrastructure projects and project financing transactions. Represented international banks and financial institutions in connection with large-scale infrastructure projects, such as toll roads, light rail systems, power plants and desalination facilities.
