- Responseble for Cusotmer & Sales operations for APAC, Italy & Russia- Managing order life cycel - from order provisioning until it is received by the local distributor.- Working with varies internal interfaces such as production, logistics, Regulation, Finance and Marketing departments.- Working with External interfaces such as the WH and different courier companies- Responsible for process quality control.

- Responsible for customer payments collection worldwide.- Customers BDI varification and customercredit limit determination.- Working with Legal department for unfulfilled payments - lawsouits follow up and representng the company in court - FollowIng up on Letter of Credit (L/C) and customer contract renewal.

-Collection from Europe, Middle east and Africa customers (EMEA).-Quality assurence for invoice issueing.-Working with the ccmpanies Bank - ballencing the companies invoices against payments received.-Tight work with Sales and openratin department.

-Issuing invoices/ credit notes for the customers and collection from customers in Israel and abroad (Africa, South America),-Working on billing system "Menahel 4u"-Issuing customer statements of account (Calles, massages, Data usege).-Implementation of SAP system in the accounting department, working together with SAP representative, issuing reports and quality tests
