In my previous role, I supported the company owner’s right-hand person, the Director of Operations, with various tasks, including organizing property services and managing utility payments. I coordinated schedules for property services, ensured that utility payments were consistently up to date, and set up autopay and paperless billing to avoid late fees. Additionally, I handled calls to cancel services, recover accounts, assisted with tenant requests, resolved any issues, and efficiently managed various property management tasks. I gained proficiency in a range of tools, including Slack, Listing Mirror, Amazon Seller Central (managing SKUs and ASINs), ProofHub, Hostaway, Airbnb, Bitrix24, Zoiper, Anydesk, Notion, Motion, Shipstation, Canva, ChatGPT, CapCut, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. I also have basic skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

I designed visually appealing Shopify stores, assisted with product listings, and created ads for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook Stories, and Pinterest. Additionally, I handled data entry tasks using Google Spreadsheets, ensuring organized and accurate records.

I efficiently organized files using Google Drive, listed products on Shopify, and drafted documents, including copywriting. I also maintained and updated information across various computer systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and easy access to critical data.

As a Virtual Assistant, I learned to create 3D models for printing using Fusion360 to support various projects. I also assisted in reaching out to key clients, building strong relationships and driving sales through excellent communication. Additionally, I developed creative social media content on TikTok, helping to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
