Staffing and Direct Hire in various Industries• Craft/ Skilled Trades- Pipe fitter, Welders, Fabrication shop and supervisors• Machinists- Manual, CNC, and Programmers• Quality control- Inspectors and managers• Safety – HSE • Technicians- Electrical, maintenance, Hydraulics and Pneumatic• Warehouse- Order selectors, shipping/Receiving, helpers• Administrative and clericalCollect weekly time sheets and processed payroll weekly.

Responsible for identifying and evaluating active and passive candidates for Professional, Administrative, Skilled Trades, and Manufacturing positions within assigned areas of focus.Recruiting technical and non-technical positions. Source passive candidates through networking, job boards, name generation, social networking. Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases using PeopleSoft, job boards and employee referrals.Update and maintain positions and candidates in applicant tracking system.Successfully generate high-volume, high quality pipeline of candidates in a short period of time.Actively build sales by engaging in inside/outside sales in order to develop new accounts and further penetrate existing business. Negotiate placement fee agreements and employment offers with key decision makers in a variety of industries.Conduct on boarding on all new hired employees including, background checks, pre- employment drug screenings and employment verificationsCollect weekly time sheets, and processed weekly payrollManaged all office operations
