Yael is Co-Founder of Hit Songs Deconstructed, Co-Founder of ChartCIpher and Founder & CEO of Imagine 360 Marketing, a boutique marketing and design firm specializing in BtoB strategies.Prior to founding ChartCipher, Hit Songs Deconstructed and Imagine 360 Marketing, Yael served as Director of Marketing and Circulation for Dow Jones Financial Information Services, where she was responsible for developing and directing the division’s overall marketing strategy for over 35 high priced specialized publications. During this time, she successfully integrated over 20 electronic and print publications and directories resulting from the Dow Jones acquisition of Technologic Partners and the $85 Million acquisition of Alternative Investor Group.Ms. Penn is the recipient of multiple awards, including the Finance Awards Best for Marketing Strategy and Execution, and has been interviewed and published by several “must read” publications such as The Economist, Advertising Age, Billboard, and Variety, to name a few. With over 25 years of executive experience, her ability to combine strategic vision, creative ideas and practical solutions has largely contributed to her success.Ms. Penn grew up in São Paulo, Brazil, lived in New York for over 25 years and currently resides in Miami, FL.
