With a passion for fostering education and empowering students' minds, I am a dedicated Educational Consultant with extensive international exposure with roots deeply embedded in Chile and vast experience obtained in the United States over the past 13 years. As a mother to four daughters, my commitment to education is both personal and professional, profoundly believing in its role as a cornerstone for healthier societies and enriched lives. My journey in education was initiated during my teen years when I had the distinct opportunity to lead my school's youth organization, build a 400+ kid curriculum, and oversee its delivery. This set the stage for me, cementing the essence of education as my pivotal contribution to society. My experiences extended, leading me to execute consultancy projects in applied research for clients, such as the Ministry of Education. My professional strides comprise forming a new department in my previous role at Aptus, demonstrating my ability to innovate and drive organizational initiatives. Furthermore, my leadership skills were acknowledged when I served as a board member at my alma mater. Throughout these roles, I've collaborated with many inspiring individuals, including bosses, subordinates, stakeholders, and teammates, who have left an indelible imprint on my work ethos and success. My approach to work mirrors my approach to life: eternal learning, problem-solving, and design engineering. Implementing solutions and working collaboratively with people fuels my professional motivation. Beyond this, I maintain a harmonious balance, appreciating leisure activities such as Yoga, hiking, camping, reading historical novels, and sharing good food and wine amongst friends. Yet, the heart of my personal life includes cherishing time with my family, whether playing, reading, dancing, or cozying up for a movie together. As I navigate this exciting lifelong learning and contribution journey, I eagerly seek opportunities to continue my passion for shaping educational structures and ultimately building brighter futures.
