Current-Project Management - Helped open, establish, and implement logistics and operations, manuals, employment, and office procedures. Day-to-day Logistics for containers from the ports. Assuring all required documentation, phytosanitary certificates, licenses and permits are up to date to ensure all containers are cleared. -Team Building and Organization – Setting up Microsoft teams and ensuring all teams are always in communication and up to date. Being consistent on KPI’s to ensure all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. Making sure every week is planned and structured for efficiency. Created an appointment structure to help alleviate the day-to-day stressors. -Business Management - Inventory Management and receiving product daily. Control all aspects of the Accounting Process including AP, AR, Payroll, Inventory Control, Cash Control, Online Banking, Bank Reconciliation, and Fixed Asset Management. This includes and not limited to organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; tax filings; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions. Communicate effectively with vendors to streamline payment process and develop positive working relationships. -Maintain all social media platforms to attract international business.
