- Working as Infrastructure Services Integration Trainee and making part of a GlobalOrganization, co-workers located in Switzerland, Spain, United of States, China, Germanyand Brazil;- Single point of contact for business areas to support and provide consultancy related toinfrastructure projects;- Experience to work with Global Organizations and virtual teams (Madrid, Warsaw, Basel,Indianapolis, South San Francisco, etc.);- Provide technical Subject Matter Expertise input into solution design, optimization, changerequests and problem resolution for local (Brazil), Regional (LATAM) and Global Solutions;- Participate in implementation of new projects and in changes of existing solutions andactively execute tasks and activities related to the project;- Coordinate and manage installations, upgrades, changes and software integrationincluding test design, execution and support;- Coordinate incident management activities until final resolution and supervise re-activeproblem management process.

- Generate reports and analyze the costs, the insurance company might pay for the servicesprovided by third parties as 24 hours Assistance for Glass change and winch truck services.- Follow up daily requests in the 24 hours’ services by third parties’ companies.- Identify and take action to solve issues in the requests created.
