 Preparing planning of MDPE & GI work on excelsheet and assign the job responsibility to allcontractor at site. Carrying out pneumatic test for testing of polyethylene pipelines (PE80) for medium pressuremains and service line. To witness pneumatic test for leakage detection in polyethylene pipelines for medium pressure (4 bar)service line and mains using pressure gauge. To witness in process inspection during installation of GI pipe Dia1/2”, 3/4” and Cu pipe, &conversion of appliance. Handling responsibilities of laying MDPE pipe for domestic (Meter G1.6 &Reg.21mbar)connections. Enforcement of safety procedures to be implemented at construction sites as per the requirement.Ensureuse ofallsafe practices at site to achieve zero injury/ maintain smooth and safe functioning ofproject. Responsible to review and confirmas-built drawings for allpiping route, and submit as-builttoengineering for documentation. Make necessary piping execution documents. Participate in site coordination meetings and coordinate with otherteam members.Responsible for development of PNG & CNG network as per – PNGRB- guidelines . Looking after the calibration of HDD machines. Initial technical survey of laying of MDPE ,G. I and gas meters. Ensuring project specifications comply with T4S. Witnessing all projects activities & related testing as pre SOP. Daily monitoring of projects work in accordance with the projects planning. Pneumatic testing ofG.I. pipe and handling responsibility. Maintaining qualityas per company’s safety norms, thus assuring quality work. Day to day reporting to the client for pipeline & piping related activities. Do the billing related work of MDPE as well as GI/Cu. Co-ordination with the Client to ensure the satisfaction and clarifying outstanding issue related to the quality.
