• Handle full set of accounts and finance functions in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies, and procedures independently• Handle all the accounting data entries. • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation.• Check subsidiaries’ monthly expenses and budget• Prepare audit schedules and quarterly GST return• Support and own the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process for the business• Track and monitor actual important KPIs and financial performance against the budget/forecast• Liaise with external auditors for interim and year end audit

• Fully in charge of commission rebates. Ensure processing of commission rebates are handled promptly and accurately• Provide timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing of the Company’s financial accounts• Supervise staff in the area of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash transactions, Staff Claims and Bank reconciliation• Prepare journals and audit schedules for month end closing• Maintain and update fixed assets schedule and depreciation entry• Assist in preparing monthly consolidated financial accounts• Provide support for Payroll• Prepare Quarterly GST Submission• In charge of full set accounts for subsidiary (including payroll) • Provide general administrative, IT and HR support for the daily running of the company• Keep track on employees leave record
