As I had observed, many did not see a life beyond twelfth grade, and that is why I created a solution to an ongoing problem. My extensive leadership skills, passion and advocacy for the youth from all facets of life, gave me the fuel to impact the undeserved communities and strategically reprogram their mindset from low socioeconomic to economic growth.
