BPS activity is based on localization and assembly of High Technology engine parts.My main responsibility as a quality manager (quality control, quality assurance and laboratory) is as follows:Develop quality goals and plans.Identify the processes of the organization and determine its monitoring and measurement indicators.Collaborate in formulating organizational strategies and planning quality goals and programs.Collaborate with the technical and engineering unit in developing a product or service quality plan, including product purchase information, product control characteristics, test and inspection methods, packaging design, and...Collaborate in identifying the risks and opportunities of the organization's processes and trying to control them.Compilation or revision of documents required for processes through documentation including executive methods, instructions and forms in collaboration with process managers.Preparation of inspection program and calibration of monitoring and measurement equipment.Supervise the performance of incoming - final inspections - during production by inspectors.Collaborate with technical and production experts to develop product / service standards.Supervise the control of documents of extra-organizational origin.Monitor the performance of management system processes and report to management.Internal audit and related matters.Liaison with external organizations, including certification and inspection companies on management system issues.Communicate with stakeholders regarding product or service quality issues and management system.Supervise the activities of the quality control inspector and laboratory manager.Collaborate on the initial evaluation and performance of the organization's suppliers.
