• Handle the development and preparation of the company’s tender process strategy and general business planning. • Review the tender documents to evaluate the scope of the project and provide recommendations to the Executive Manager accordingly. • Read the contracts conditions carefully to take them into consideration when preparing the tender to contractual terms and project risks. • Receive the queries from the team, review them, make the needed amendments and send them to the Executive Manager or the client to gain needed information about the project. • Contact the suppliers, subcontractors and clients when needed to facilitate the tendering process and abide by the timeline. • Coordinate with the procurement team to negotiate with approved suppliers/vendors to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials and services required for the bid. • Conduct site visits with the clients when needed to show them the ongoing projects or see their sites. • Review the direct and indirect cost sheets in addition to the top sheet and make the needed amendments in coordination with the Tender Team Leader and Senior Tender Engineer. • Review the Technical file after collecting the needed documents to be sent to the client to understand the organization’s capabilities. • Conduct the final tuning with the Finance team regarding the final prices of the project. • Negotiate with the clients and revise the tender in order to award the project to the company.

• Review and study all tender documents to ensure that all data required for pricing are available. • Send inquiries to clients, consultants, suppliers and sub-contractors. • Attend tender site visit and prepare report. • Prepare technical queries such as, details, missing documents pertaining to the tender. • Prepare packages and Contact suppliers and subcontractors for offer. • Evaluate the supplier quotations against the tender requirements and make comparative analysis. • Prepare detailed estimation and cost analysis for direct cost (material, labor, equipment & subcontractor and any other construction cost.• Revise the costing for the post tender clarifications received. • Preparation of the bid packages technical and commercial proposal. • Negotiating with clients and subcontractors. • Prepare final contract BOQ based on the agreed contract value

- Subcontractors’ invoices (more than 150 subcontractors of excavation, carpentry, blacksmithing, buildings, plastering, painting, insulation, marble, gypsum and aluminum works)- quantity survey and submit them to the consultant for approval- Revision of Drawings ( structural and architectural) - Show conflicts and send inquiries using Navisworks- Submitting the materials used for approval by the consultant, attaching the samples and checking the materials data- Requirement requests for the site using the company's internal program for requisitions (ERP)- shop drawings using the program ASD- drawings of metal installations inside factories using a program Revit- Banners design using software photoshop During the presidential opening- Client invoice
