Connectivity Engineer
CurrentResponsibilities :• Perform regression tests for OTA platforms in Europe• Identify Vehicle SW bugs to improve user experience• Responsible for FOTA operation of Aiways fleet across Europe• Responsible of FOTA test bench operation and maintenance• Responsible for OTA function throughout the entire development lifecycle in Europe• Identify FOTA integration problems and create issue report to R&D and other relevant departments• Based on vehicle software release plan, identify release targets and track release status• respond OTA technical problems and provide necessary technical support• Support in APP development Product, Testing, and validation in EU Market; Aiways APP, Android Auto and PUMP Navigation• Responsible for Connectivity project implementation in Europe Market (Preparing Telematics, SIM configuration Management, IP address portal)• Telematics ECU preparation (connected vehicle) and preparing the vehicle for real timer monitoring (RTM).• Technical product support for HV E/E Components (Remote vehicle Diagnostics)• Performing EOL Test (Boot loader Flashing, Test SW Flashing), ADAS Calibration & testing for the vehicle before releasing in EU market• Vehicle health monitoring, Remote Diagnostics, Testing the IVI & IP Software functionalities.• Vehicle CAN log analysis in CANoe. Monitoring the vehicle DTC in RTM system• Collect user feedback and input from relevant stakeholders, sort user requirements and market feedback, and provide suggestions for product improvement, new product features to HQ engineering team• Work closely with HQ engineering team for product improvement in European market
