Supplier Quality Engineer Jr
Current→Leadership of supplier issues, including timely organization of containment actions to ensure availability of certified parts and avoid production downtime.→Collaborate with cross-functional team to facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.→Development of part inspection plan for incoming inspection and define inspection frequency for part numbers.→Internal support to quality rejections from material provided by the supplier.→Qualification of parts by PPAP due to engineering changes, VAVE, resource projects, etc., within established time frames.→Coordination of dimensional, functional and environmental tests to ensure the required product quality.→Management of material in MRB ensuring disposition on established time frames.→Open and follow up corrective actions to supplier using 8D.
