Responsible for all CAPEX requests make sure they are with in the given budget followup and expedite in a weekly basis and generate reports capturing the archived savings, total spend amounts, lead-time. Contribution to savings against annual budget by additional initiatives. Establish new suppliers to increase the competition in prices without effecting the quality. Review on going contracts and send reminders to the user dept. when it reaches the expiry date. Followup and supervise team mates regarding spare parts requests to make sure they following the process. Supplier Payments & Vendor Reconciliation. Responsible for SABER registration for all overseas spare parts and application for COC. Train new comers on purchasing process, strategies and procedures. Establish a procurement dashboard using Power BI. Prepare alternate source development plan and develop new suppliers based on supplier rating. Track and review customs operations.

Receive requests from Engineering Store for spare parts for two plants locally and overseas, release RFQ for OEM and other supplier, prepare CSQ, negotiate and release orders, review order confirmation to make sure all all agreed terms are acceptable, maintain tracking sheet, followup and expedite delivery, nominate a forwarder based on the INCOTERMS, report on weekly basis on pending PRs and POs, saving achieved and lead time. Followup with finance dept. to release suppler payment on time.
