Being a Supervising Project Manager means leading and guiding the project to ensure its timely completion within the allocated budget, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work. I am dedicated to avoiding delays by consistently following up on the various approvals required from clients and contractors. Additionally, I oversee quality control and quality assurance, ensuring that all materials used on site receive the necessary approvals according to the time plan and contracted specifications. This approach aims to achieve better outcomes for both the customer and my company within a shorter time frame.My other duties include:-Conducting periodic visits to monitor the work and assess the achievement percentage according to the time plan.-Inspecting all site work, from the mobilization stage through the sub-structure and super-structural phases to the finishing period including fit-out and landscape works.-Reviewing all drawings, from tender drawings to shop drawings—structural, architectural, MEP, and interior design—to avoid any conflicts or errors.-Analyzing quotations to secure the best quality and price for the clients.-Checking payments (initial, ongoing, and final) whether through bank financing or personal funds.

To be supervisor that means u must have a very knowledge about all items included in the construction starting from underground works finished to the finishing , so that what i could to get it by asking the experts and self learning and and sure by my daily works exercise.During this position I could to cover 30 residential villas projects well varies between mobilization, substructure, superstructure to finishing works.
