CurrentReview and study the submitted infrastructure services NOCs for processing and comparing with DEWA requirements.- Produce technical information sheets in order to stipulate DEWA Electricity and Water services by using the GIS system.- Study, analyze and review engineering drawings submitted by II&P customers and identify impact of proposed work on existing DEWA Electricity and Water network.- Provide guidance and advise to applicants to ensure that proposed work comply with DEWA requires for protection of its services and facilities at site (include above and under services facilities) in Dubai.- Process road projects NOC / utility & general projects NOC for internal DEWA departments whenever required and co-ordinate with internal department on comments to speed up the NOC process. - Coordinates with DEWA customers to resolve NOCs issues, thereby expending road projects NOC / utility & general projects NOC process. Compile and discuss with management all necessary comments in the final road projects NOC / utility & general projects NOC letters. - Attend meetings / discussion with consultants / contractors and internal DEWA departments to expedite issues resolution of NOAs (Electricity & Water). Assist producing technical reports for problematic NOC cases per management request.- Assist in processing NOCs for site inspection engineers for further site details whenever required as per agreed procedure. - Responsible for continuously innovating and fulfilling the requirements of driving the corporate excellence. Facilitating transferring and sharing knowledge with colleagues and subordinates. Ensure non-disclosure of confidential information to anyone within or outside the authority during or after employment in DEWA.Follow and adhere to the OH&S Management System Manual as per DEWAs safety standards.Perform any other tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
