I translate the job Descriptions into Arabic, and take part in shortlisting meetings, where I offer translations for the CVs in both French and Arabic to English; I also offer interpretation from Arabic to English in job interviews; I prepare the screening questionnaires and take the responsibility of the Arabic content of the recruitment unit on social media; I also offer translation services to other departments within the AU as requested. I did interpretations on several occasions like the Continental Education Strategy for Africa.

Taught 3 Arabic classes (101, 102 and 103) as part of a Fulbright grant, where I was teaching and studying at the University of Maine. Part of my job was to organize events and give lectures about cultural and political issues in different occasions at different institutions.

Al-Adwaa is one of the biggest educational institutions in the Middle East. I was responsible for managing the institution’s website, which included: solving technical issues that face users, coordinating between different departments to produce some of the materials published in the website, proofreading of the Arabic content in al-Adwaa page on Facebook, as well as translating some of the content, and holding the responsibility of all the materials published on the website.

I was responsible for translating reports from research centers as well as articles from international magazines and newspapers in areas of interest (mostly of political and economic nature).
