Marketing and Management

• I worked as a HVAC supervisor under maintenance team; primarily I am responsible for south region wide air conditioning and plumbing operations and maintenance. • My responsibilities include smooth operations & maintenance of the HVAC system, trouble shooting all the issue of approximately 1700 split air conditioners located at the head office or in the branches across south region. Preventive maintenance of the data centers air conditioners and branches, IT, ATM rooms and guest house A/C are key responsibilities. The bank head office has centralized air conditioning plant. The YORK products like Air cooled reciprocating chillers, Fan coil units, Split Air handling units are installed at the Faysal House. • Beside as mentioned above I am also responsible for the HVAC control system (BMS), Fire alarm system; Fire suppression system (FM-200); Fire emergency exits interfacing with access control system; Finger prints access control system installation; Mitsubishi 300 TR absorption chillers repair & maintenance at branch & operation and maintenance at head office and HUB-Sites. Vendor management and branches allocation, rates deciding, complaints assigning & contineous coordination communication, bills checking & processing & vendor peformance evaluation. • I was appointed by SCB group in the Dubai for the upcoming Pakistan SCB project.• The basic banking system (BBS) was in-house build core banking system runs on the IBM AS/400 which I implemented along with a team across the Pakistan.• After the successful & seamless completion of the Pakistan project I was given a chance to stay in the bank for further day to day support & local enhancement.

I was the key person during the pakistan project and after the project was completed a sheild was awarded to me by bank CEO pakistan Mr. Badar Kazmi.I was given a chance for couple of years to stay with the Pakistan SCB to sort out the issues came after the project and to support the users in Pakistan SCB.

I was responsible for sorting day to day problems or issues. I use to travel within the middle east region for the same purpose.

The BBME use in house developed Hong Kong universal banking system (HUB) runs on the IBM AS/400 all over Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC).• I worked in the Middle East Management office (MEM) based in the Dubai which is responsible for smooth operation & local enhancement of the HUB in 13 countries of the Middle East & South East Asia.
