Media and Public Relations Specialist Municipality of Abu Dhabi City, responsibilities include: in charge of Publishing (Press Releases) Preparing the media plan of the Municipality of Abu Dhabi City. Preparing press articles & news, and organizing the media relations of the GM (news, reports, interviews and press conferences) Coordinating media relations, interviews, and replies to written interview questions addressed to the GM from media representatives. Preparing, reviews, and audits press quotes of the GM and CEOs Preparing editorials and official correspondence in the name of the GM Attending official meetings of visiting delegations, and prepares press & media reports in the name of the GM in such events. Accompanying the official delegations headed by the GM, attends the signing of Agreements and MoU signed by the GM, and prepares the required media reports. Reviewing, audits and approves press releases published by the Municipality in general before releasing them to the media for publishing.

Tasks Includes - Publishing Section Acting Manager.- Key player in RTA Media & Press relations - Senior In charge of media & publishing at RTA's Traffic & Roads Agency (RTA) - Media Adviser to the CEO of Traffic & Roads Agency.- Preparing all Editorial works including Press Releases, articles, reports; interviews press statements, speeches, and answers to the media queries. -Preparations, coordination and management of the press conferences. -Participation and attendance of all events organized by RTA (seminars, exhibitions, conferences, and workshops) - Review all materials for promotional & advertising campaigns.
