Project: (750M SAR) Saudi Arabia Rail Ways (SAR) \ TYPSA ConsultingFuel station and Industrial Buildings including 1,280m2 Structural steel 2,700m2 Cast-in-Situ buildings, 1915m2 Pre-cast building, 1,600m3 underground water tank, pump station, 2x400m3 Diesel Tanks and 15,310m2 asphalt works.MEP works (Fueling system pipes, firefighting, water supply, irrigation, power cables)Responsibilities:- Ensuring the quality management system is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner.- Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to the construction site.- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with SAR and safety codes.- Supervise and direct various operations within the project.- Ensuring the project is completed safely, making sure the project runs on time and within the allocated budget allowance.- Coordinate with MEP engineers, civil and architects engineers, in order make sure the project stays on track.- Planning the project and documenting all the jobs that must be completed.- Helps for budgeting and access to materials that are required.- Managing the expenses of the project throughout the process to ensure for adjustments for unexpected issues or difficulties.- Assuring that the contractors employed for the project are completing it to a high quality standard.- Contract Administration: Extensive contracts with the client are all part of the project construction process. The contract provisions must be being met to ensure that all parties involved are satisfied.- Ensuring the work meets all the Safety requirements and SAR Regulations to make sure that there are no accidents.

Project: Construction of Raw Water Electrical and ASL treatment plant Buildings in Power Plant# 14MEP buildings in Power Plant Project Under Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) \ Worley Parsons (WP): consist of 3x steel structure buildings (Fuel Treatment) and 1x pre-cast Building (Water Treatment), 4xMV/LV Transformer’s Foundations and firewalls, Switchgear, Battery Room, HVAC, lighting& power, lightning, drainage systems, duct bank, cable tray, panel boards, and Auxiliaries.- Approved SEC & WorleyParsons as QA\QC Manager.- Ensuring the quality management system (QMS) is fully implemented in an organized andefficient manner.- Preparing project quality plan and quality procedures.- Maintaining the quality of work starting from civil works, electrical works and mechanicalworks up to finishing works by applying the project specifications, quality manuals andSEC\WP standards.- Guiding the construction team (civil, electrical & mechanical) to build up the MethodStatement per project requirements and specifications.- Performing Internal Audit for Construction Team as well as for Subcontractors.- Following up and guiding for the QC engineers as well as QC inspectors.- Controlling all project records (hard and soft copies).- Issuing the clearance certificates with proper documents.- Handing over the systems to the client.- Preparing a quality progress report to the Project Manager.

Project: Arar Power Plant extension IV \ SECPower Plant Erection Project Under SEC, consist of 2xGas Turbine Generator units Siemens (Steel structure building), 2x110MAV/132kV GSUT & 2x30MVA/4.16kV UAT foundations & firewalls, MV/LV Switchgears (Pre-cast building), Fuel Treatment(Steel structure building), Water Treatment (Cast in situ building), Black Start Diesel Generator (Steel structure& Cast in situ building) 4xStorage Tanks and Auxiliaries.Responsibilities:- Maintaining the quality of work for electrical construction per the quality manuals and SEC standards.- Reviewing\Checking the Method Statement for Electrical Activities per project specs.- Following up and guiding for electrical QC inspectors- Preparing RFI completed activities to the client/consultant for inspection. Issuing the clearance certificates with proper documents.- Ensuring that all the received materials under the approved vendor list and having ITPs, to check if the material compatible within IFC drawings and applicable to the field.- Following up with Technical Field Assistances (TFAs), and coordinating between them and with the client.- Preparing the red-marked drawing in order to prepare the As-Built drawings. Following up with - Commissioning team, and coordinating with the client.- Preparing Field Quality Plan (FQP) and Check List. Preparing a quality progress report to the QA/QC manager

Project: Riyadh Water Enhancement Projects Design and Build 12x Power house Building (MV switchgear, LV switchgear & Tran.), 24x1.125 MW diesel gen set, 24x MV/LV Trans., 12x MV & LV SWGR, 12x LBS, 24x Underground diesel storage tanks, trenches and duct banks.Responsibilities:- Identifying customer requirements, making models and prototypes of products. Using computer- assisted engineering and design software.- Preparation of Electrical procedures for installation, testing & commissioning. Prepare Operation & Maintenance Manuals.- Reading project design specifications and technical drawings. Organizing routine servicing schedules.- Engineering, sites supervision and sites coordination. Preparing the As-Built drawings.- Preparing the invoices depend on the actual work weights. Making sure the project is fit for purpose.- Liaising with and monitoring third party contractors.- Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers and clients.
