This also required a lot of detail orientation as this role was very critical. Reissuing policies was an advanced level profile within the team as it required corrections to be made to any policy that had being issued incorrectly. This role required an in depth analysis of the errors made by the front line representative's while issuing a new policy and we had to rectify the errors and then re-issue the policy.
