delivering onboarding to new employees (culture shock, safety induction, All relevant aspects)• Produce weekly & monthly reports, analysis, evaluations in support of the site training program and take appropriate action to unplug bottlenecks and forestall future problems in the pursuit of department and organizational goals• Deliver sound knowledge of training and development processes and associated legislative and regulatory requirements by ensuring compliance of all employee training and development activities and processes with Operational Excellence Standards (OES) and regulatory agencies requirements• Champion Continuous Improvement Facilitation at all organizational levels with internal and external customers in the delivery of training to a high standard of competence and achievement.• Ensure the site training program is provisioned to fully achieve targets and standards by acting as a career developer in support of retention, promotion and training of the program participants• Partners with management personnel to define competency gaps and associated learning goals to be addressed through high impact learning solutions.• Leads learning solution design and development activities: TNA needs analysis, learning approach, learning objectives, storyboards, and all finished products such as presentation deck, case studies, exercises, role plays, facilitation guide, participant guide.• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of assigned area(s) and observe company policies at all times. Provides recommendations to content owners on course and curriculum improvements• Develop OJT training programs and participate on teams developing training plans and OJT programs.• Facilitates and supervises training courses and programs. Arranges for technical assistance as required.
