 Setting and implementing the company's marketing strategy in four income-producing assets: G Cinema City, G Rothschild Mall, G One and G Two complexes in Rishon le Zion. Managing an individual budget for each asset.  Initiating collaborations, raising sponsorships and working with internal and external advertisers, thus increasing revenues in hundreds of thousands of Shekels per year. Increasing visitors/shoppers traffic and rental ransom in tens of percents as a result of strenuous marketing efforts. Initiating and developing digital platforms including Facebook, cellular applications and digital media screens to enhance company's revenues and reduce operational costs. Working closely with advertising and digital content agencies, Facebook and PR agencies. Managing the division's PR layout including issuing press releases, advertising in various media channels and more. Contributing to the community via numerous projects and collaborations with non-profit voluntary associations.

 Managing customer accounts such as Landrover, Rikoshet and Karaso Real- Estate. Managing an estimated budget of millions of shekels: negotiating with media channels and managing billboards , TV, Internet and Press campaigns. Managing ATL&BTL productions, actively involved on strategic processes such as re-branding, introducing new products and building annual gantt charts for the customer.
