Provided administrative support to executives and employees, while actively participating in designing, developing, and implementing sustainable administrative and technology-based systems for the whole organization. - Provided high-volume administrative support to the Executive Director and Deputy Director including scheduling meetings, updating and maintaining organizational meetings, and managing logistics and documentation processes for Board Meetings by creating a paperless system.- Managed logistics and processes related to the organization’s Cloud Migration project. - Implemented a new technology plan for the organization’s Intranet including updating the organization’s firewall and security features. - Managed technology budget by developing a new ticketing system to track technical issues and requests between technicians and staff members.
