• MKT Campaign event achieve monitoring: Reporting on marketing campaigns KPIs realization rates; Performing trouble shooting on all campaigns to ensure quality of all planned activities; Monitoring implementation and progress of marketing campaigns, with emphasis on paid digital, TV and KOL activities and recommending campaign and media mix optimization strategies.• Internal control，the last check of completeness and authenticity of the MKT and retail campaign before paid• Monthly organize training for the country to improve the passing rate, the rate increase from 70% to 95%.• Meeting suuport: Help organize the annual meeting for region team; Serve as the leader of the CEE&Nordic for the MWC. The event involves the coordination of the list of customers attending the MWC in 13 rep offices and 31 countries, application for planned quotas, and accommodation and activity/meeting arrangements during the MWC.
