Responsible for,1. Delivering various client projects individually as an Android developer and also in an internal and external team environment.2. Leading group of 15+ Android developers in various simultaneous client projects.3. Plan the development and release cycle and Utilize idle resources for internal company projects effectively.4. Interacting with various other teams like QA, Design, Web, iOS and form a synergy and give clear navigation to the member to achieve the target.5. Interact with clients to understand the requirements, prepare timeline estimations, provide regular updates, manage the release cycle via various tools like Jira, Zoho, Mantis etc. 6. Train fresh hires, Regularly conduct in-team sessions on the latest trends in Android development, and also conduct cross-team sessions to understand the team strengths and weaknesses.7. Actively participate in the hiring process to finalize the candidates, by creating various tests, MCQs, live coding sessions, HackerRank rounds, and face to face interviews.
