Configure desktops, laptops, servers using supplied installation instructions and tools including, where appropriate, handover to the client. Conduct tests, correct malfunctions, and document results in accordance with agreed procedures.Installation of operating system and configuring banking applications and other software on client side which included Microsoft office, configure Microsoft outlook, printers, scanners and others.Perform regular high-performance, scalable backups using backup tapes or images. Carry out documented configuration for allocation of storage, install and maintain secure storage systems as per the agreed operational procedure.Configure client machines on VMware server and allocate resources. Perform regular backups of VMware server.Knowledge of Active directory, remote desktop application and networking.Perform routine backup of Oracle Database. Manipulate database records which included add/update/delete operations. Apply patches on database server.Monitor Data Center environment so as to maintain proper temperature of data center and ensure appropriate functioning of servers and network devices.Cabling and patching during internal relocation of clients and when extending the services of the branch.Monitor security threats and apply firewall policies. Apply patches on Antivirus Server and add /update policies on antivirus server.Act as the routine contact point, receiving and handling requests for support. Respond to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfill requests or enable resolution. Provide first line investigation and diagnose and promptly allocate unresolved issues as appropriate.

Work in close relation with the client to gather the requirements for the website development.Assist in development of websites, mostly using PHP, Javascript and AJAX in the front end and MySQL in the backend.Ensure that the websites are compatible across different browsers and devices.Provide necessary training to the client for using the CMS.
