In this role I provided support to the company's internal users, which included approximately 1000 people in the central office and warehouse, as well as employees in pharmacies throughout the region, including remote areas. I was responsible for the functionality of software, computers, office equipment, and cash registers. Additionally, I handled the preparation for opening new retail locations, including setting up all the equipment and organizing the local network. I performed a significant portion of my work remotely using TeamViewer, AnyDesk and MS RDP. Besides that, I administered the warehouse database and the server it resided on. With my direct involvement, we successfully migrated from one database management system (InfoApteka) to another (E-Apteka), better suited for the company's needs, transferring all data from the old database to the new one without any loss. As my work in this company coincided with the COVID-19 pandemic, during significant waves of infections, I facilitated the transition of many employees to remote work, ensuring uninterrupted access to their workstations while working from home.Throughout my time with this company, I've significantly expanded my knowledge and skills in various areas, including operating systems (Windows and macOS), networking technologies and protocols, email services, antivirus software, SaaS and web services, printers, scanners and other office equipment. Moreover, I've gained expertise and hands-on experience with servers, point-of-sale (POS) equipment, databases, access control systems, surveillance systems, remote access software and much more.

In this role, I was responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues on computers and mobile devices (smartphones and tablets). I also provided consultations to customers regarding their devices. Additionally, my duties included training new employees, placing orders for parts from suppliers, and procuring necessary tools for the job.During my time in this position, I acquired skills in modular and component-level repair of electronic devices, learned soldering, and gained expertise in reading electronic schematics. I deepened my knowledge of the internal workings of computers, laptops, and mobile devices, as well as their operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
