· Engagement in the audit fields and audit work combining national features and worldwide best practices.· Staff supervision (+2 teams).· Audit of funds distributed within the territory Ukraine and granted by UN for UNHCR.· Planning and supervising tax reviews for foreign companies.

· Audit strategy development on the basis of evaluation of internal controls system, identification of key performance drivers, business risks and trends.· Implementation of CaseWare IDEA 2016-2017.· Implementation of Bitrix24 2014-2015.

· Involvement in the audit review of funds distributed within the territory Ukraine and granted by UN for UNHCR; planning and supervising tax reviews for foreign companies.· Involvement in the audit review of corporate financial statements prepared basing on GAAP & statutory financial statements prepared in accordance with NAR(S)U.· Implementation of CaseWare Working Papers 2014-2015.

· Involvement in preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS, including transformation of Ukrainian statutory financial statements to IFRS.· Due diligence projects for companies; audit report development.· Engagement in R&D Department projects.· Selection and procurement of IT software and hardware (2012-present).

· Implementation of internal controls to ensure the accuracy within accounting/tax records & reports as well as meeting deadlines for statutory accounts and tax return submissions.· Experience in management and control of the following lines of services: bookkeeping, financial and statistics reporting, tax compliance, purchase ledger, sales ledger, cash management, payroll, advisory services.
