Rivoli Group is one of the leading retailers in Middle East, that deals with the retailing of high end luxury products like Watches, Writing instruments, Jewellery , Eye wear etc .   Roles & Responsibilities :* Responsible for Luxury Brands : Breguet, Cartier , Glashutte , Jaeger-leCoultre  etc .* Managing Inventory*Merchandising* Assisting customers to buy a product according to their needs & requirement .*Preparing the store for opening & closing .*Follow up on client’s feedback and establish long term relationship with clients*Delegate duties to juniors/trainees and training the boutique staff ,for better returns in terms of customer service and product knowledge . Operations:*Ensure accuracy of monthly /quarterly/yearly stock auditing to avoid stock discrepancies at all times .* Weekly follow up with the regional head office for stock replenishment and active order request .*Ensuring maintenance of all boutique timepieces when necessary.* Maximize profits whilst controlling and minimizing costs.*Achieve boutique key Performance Indicators defined by the brand .*Preparing presentation on yearly budget .  Customer & CRM related activities: *Relationship building with customers .*Attention to existing VIPs and prospecting new clients .*Sales and marketing activities .*Follow up and co-ordinate individual repairs and after sales related matters.

Operations :* Ensure accuracy of monthly target .* Consolidate weekly sales report & forecasting analyses.* Develop strategies to improve customer service ,drive store sales and  increase profitability .* Ensure customer needs are met ,complaints are resolved and service is quick  & efficient.* Ensure all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.* Adjust sales goals and procedures as appropriate for the store.* Assist with order processing.* Other related duties as needed .
