Continuing his education life in the TOBB University Of Economics And Technology, Business Administration graduate program. Çağlar graduated from the MBA program with a high honor degree, presenting his thesis titled “The effect of the service provider's advice-giving behavior on co-creation in the supermarket (Service) sector”.Çağlar, worked as a Research and Teaching Assistant in the "Business Administration" and "International Entrepreneurship" Departments while continuing her master's degree at TOBB ETU. He continued his career at Benefits Danışmanlık as a "Human Resources Assistant" and served many companies in the fields of Human Resources and Social Security Consultancy.Yakup Çağlar, continued his career as a "Senior Corporate Development Consultant" at ODS Consulting Group as of April 2020.
