I am working in a development team with 20 software engineers. At TTNet/Turk Telekom SOA project, 12 members are commisioned including me.We are usually following SDLC methodology, but due to customer demands agile methodology can be chosen. We are performing customer demand document analysis and specifying software development costs. After that, software requirements specification documents are being written by TTNET/Turk Telekom analysts and according to these documents we are producing the most efficient solution due to software architecture. If these solutions are accepted, we are implementing Oracle Middleware services like BPEL & ESB services using Oracle SOA Suite 11g and OSB services using Oracle SOA Suite 12c. After development process, we are preparing service documents of implemented BPEL & ESB & OSB services and operational information documents to transfer completed software implementation knowledge to L2 operation teams.At the same time, I am performing production defect analysis and solution as “Responsible” role according to RACI matrix. In case of conflicts, I am participating meetings with customers representing technical solution provider.In the production deployment events, I am participating and providing hot-fixes for detected problems.

I worked in an operation team with 8 operation specialists, which was a part of a big operation team with 40 operation specialists those were giving service support to TTNET.I was responsible for operational administration of 10+ business processes between Telaura CRM Suite and the other integrated systems with Oracle SOA Suite 11g middleware at Order Management & Integration department. For a qualified service my goal was to detect, find workarounds, implement automated workaround solutions and resolve problems with correct support resources as quickly as possible within committed SLA frames. I managed customer complaints as 2nd Level Support and assured customer satisfaction with the quality of service. I also tracked issues regarding in-house applications with L3 teams and establish proper communication path together.In my last 4 months in Order Management & Integration department, I was responsible for the production defects of the whole TTNET SOA integration software. My goal was invastigating problem directly from the software, creating tasks to development team and tracking process until the solution have been deployed in the production environment.

I worked in an order management test team with 15 test engineers. During this period, I performed functional, integrational, performance tests in Siebel CRM transformation project which was the second and third legs of a three step substitution from current Turkcell Extranet Application(TEA) system to Oracle Siebel CRM. This steps was to notify the Siebel CRM about all processes were being done in TEA, vice versa and migrate all data to Siebel CRM that was not exist in it.I tested data flows and integration process between this two systems. Turkcell Extranet Application was developed in Java. TEA and Siebel was integrated with Oracle Middleware 10g. When a new order was given from TEA or Siebel, a new row was being created in Oracle Advanced Queue(AQ). Consumer BPEL composite was reading the AQ record and a new BPEL process was being started.In BPEL processes, there were data enrichment and provisioning steps. To ensure that order was successfully completed, there had to be no faulted instances and processed data could be seen in the target system.I also tested migration process, which were achieved with PL/SQL scripts. At the end of the project an upgrade to Oracle SOA Suite 11g was planned, so I made the first 11g performance tests.Except Siebel CRM transformation project, I was commisioned at several integration and migration projects. Turkcell is the leading mobile phone operator of Turkey with 34M customers with much more customer contact informations, product inofrmations and address informations so especially migration projects were including millions of data.
