CurrentPassenger Safety and Security:• Conduct pre-flight safety checks, ensuring all emergency equipment is functional.• Demonstrate safety procedures to passengers, including the use of seatbelts, oxygen masks, and emergency exits.• Monitor passenger behavior and enforce safety regulations during the flight.• Be prepared to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations, including first aid, fire extinguishing, and evacuations.Customer Service:• Greet passengers warmly and assist with seating and storage of carry-on items.• Provide passengers with food, beverages, and amenities during the flight.• Address passenger inquiries and resolve any issues related to comfort or services.• Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs.Cabin Maintenance:• Ensure the cabin is clean and organized throughout the flight.• Check and maintain the condition of the cabin, restrooms, and emergency equipment.• Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness during the flight.In-Flight Communication:• Make announcements to passengers regarding flight progress, weather, and any important updates.• Coordinate with the flight crew to communicate changes, delays, and other information.• Assist in the event of delays, diversions, or other unexpected events.Pre-Flight Preparation:• Attend pre-flight briefings with the crew to discuss flight details and safety protocols.• Check that all necessary supplies (e.g., food, beverages, medical kits) are available and in working order.• Complete required documentation, including incident reports and passenger complaints, if necessary.Team Collaboration:• Work in close coordination with fellow flight attendants and the flight crew to ensure a safe and comfortable flight.• Provide support and assistance to other crew members when necessary.
