I love to learn something new. Throughout my career, I have been facing with various challenging problems under different stage in photonics device development lifecycle. Whether it is waveguide design, testing or process, I’ve been able to identify a quick solution, concurrently learning and applying new knowledge, methodology, experiment, testing and programming.I have been enjoying photonics engineering R&D since my first job at NTT and have been able to continue growing my knowledge and experience through telecom/datacom product development with optical network evolution at JDSU/LUMENTUM.Now I am exploring new challenge departing from Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) world.
