Closely working and helping them with queries and improving data accuracy with two of them already independent increasing the bench strength. -Met and exceeded productivity goals by 20% and accuracy KPIs by 10% for H2 2020. Working with a client centric approach to deliver accurate data within stringent TAT. -Working as part of Bot Maintenance team. Responsible for maintaining blue prism bots such that they are working within expectations round the clock and implementing mechanisms to prevent and resolve bot failures while working as a bridge between Operations and Automation Team. Bot uptime improved to 92% in two months. -Lean & Automation ideas suggested to eliminate repetitive steps by using MS-Excel, SQL and Blue Prism. Worked on Value Stream Mapping to identify processes, wastages and provide a flow chart. Also, responsible for User Acceptance Testing for the provided solutions. Also, worked as a part of a vendor project helping in automated process discovery and value stream mapping. -Responsible for Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting to senior stakeholders for various internal KPIs, progress of mentees and Blue Prism bot status with the help of Sql, MS-Excel and PowerBI.
